Assistant Responsibilities :

• Support senior staff
• Greet clients and vendors as well as answer & forward calls
• Creation, closeout, management, and storage of files
• Manage weekly planning board agendas
• Assist in sponsorship management
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Assistant Qualifications :

• 2 years of administrative, marketing, real estate and / or general office experience
• Ability to create a high-quality, effective piece of marketing collateral with little direction
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
• Salesforce experience, a plus
• MUST be able to report 100% on-site in Portland, ME. This role is primarily on-site, with the potential for 1 day of remote flexibility once onboarded / trained.
