Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Email and calendar management
- Manage information, communication, and time of CEO
- Plan and coordinate special events
- HR support
- Represent a cutting-edge Health Tech SaaS company in all of your duties
- Bachelors Degree
- Diligence, responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Apple and MS Office Suite
- Experience in hospital purchasing or medical device preferred
- High energy & professionalism in written and verbal communication
- Competitive Base Salary to $60-75K
- Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Fridays are work from home! M-Th in Chicago Office
