This position is based in the San Francisco Bay area and will require living and working in the North Bay area. Artisan Bakery Production Manager Qualifications
  • 3 years as a Bakery production manager
  • 5 years in a kitchen leadership role
  • Extensive experience with artisanal pastries including laminated doughs
  • Extensive experience with artisanal breads including sourdoughs
  • High level of organization and production administration
  • High level of creativity and enthusiasm
  • Excellent financial acumen and control
Artisan Bakery Production Manager Responsibilities
  • Prepare and control the production lists based on orders
  • Inspect and ensure only the highest quality in all production items
  • Create new menu items and specials that are enticing and seasonally appropriate
  • Ensure only the highest level of sanitation and bakery cleanliness
  • Other duties as assigned
