If you have recent private club management experience and/or an extensive FOH food and beverage and lodging background, this is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a well-respected and growing organization!
Assistant General Manager Perks
  • Great base salary in the $80- $95k range bonus potential

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the success of all departments with an emphasis on food and beverage FOH, housekeeping, and rooms day-to-day operations
  • Create and maintain genuine relationships with members and their guests
  • Marketing plan development and implementation
  • Work with the Executive Chef to deliver consistent and memorable dining experiences
  • Manage yearly budget objectives as well as contribute to the budget process
  • Work in the off-season to prepare for the next season. Ability to help with other private clubs across the US, as needed!
  • Ability and desire to relocate to rural Nebraska
