Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and effective time management.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a positive work environment and professional growth.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Support budget control efforts by monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and strategies to enhance restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
- 5 years of AGM Experience
- Experience in a high-volume setting (400k-500k a week)
- Experience with Toast POS Systems
- Detail Oriented
- Strong understanding of P&L and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills
