To Apply for this Job Click HereAre you a BCaBA with expertise in ABA? Our nonprofit partner has job vacancies for Behavior Analysts to support children aged 0-18. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment and make a meaningful impact. Apply now! Must be willing to work/relocate to Colorado Springs.Responsibilities For BCaBA Role
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in executing BIPs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services for children.
  • Gather and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
Qualifications For BCaBA Position
  • Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Board certification as a behavior analyst or currently enrolled in BCABA or BCBA courses.
  • 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
