- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientations
- Oversee payroll and administer benefit programs
- Develop and execute recognition programs
- Create organization, processes, and SOPs for the HR office
- Foster a positive workplace culture
- Act as conflict resolution manager, working with managers and union shop stewards
- Other duties as assigned
