HVAC Service Manager Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently, ensuring timely response to client requests
Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for improvement
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
HVAC Service Manager Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
