Custom Windows Production Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities
  • Over 5 years in custom architectural woodwork production or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills for effective team motivation and management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and familiarity with production tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and clients.
  • Oversee the entire production process to ensure projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Mentor and supervise woodworkers, craftsmen, and production staff for seamless collaboration and skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to align production with design intent.
