  • Recruit, assess, and coordinate department staff following company policies.
  • Motivate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff effectively.
  • Act as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related agencies to ensure resident care.
  • Advise with the Executive Director regarding evaluations of staff, any disciplinary actions and/or terminations, and merit increases.
Assisted Living Director Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Director - at least of one year
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living.
  • Valid Colorado RN or LPN License, or Nurse Compact License.
Assisted Living Director Compensation And Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
  • 401K retirement plan.
