Director Of Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead marketing analytics initiatives to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand reach and enhance brand positioning in the market.
Drive advertising campaigns across various channels, optimizing media spend to maximize ROI.
Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the marketing team, providing training and mentorship to optimize performance.
Director Of Marketing Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles in Dental groups, with experience in medium to large-sized organizations.
Expertise in marketing analytics, partnership development, content strategy, advertising campaigns, and media relations.
Strong focus on ROI analysis, campaign planning, and team development.
Excellent relationship-building skills, budget management capabilities, and proficiency in leveraging technology to optimize customer experiences.
Quarterly business travel within the Midwest and East Coast US is required.
Director Of Marketing Compensation
$100,000-180,000 base salary depending on experience, with performance bonuses
