Director Of Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead marketing analytics initiatives to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand reach and enhance brand positioning in the market.
- Drive advertising campaigns across various channels, optimizing media spend to maximize ROI.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the marketing team, providing training and mentorship to optimize performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles in Dental groups, with experience in medium to large-sized organizations.
- Expertise in marketing analytics, partnership development, content strategy, advertising campaigns, and media relations.
- Strong focus on ROI analysis, campaign planning, and team development.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, budget management capabilities, and proficiency in leveraging technology to optimize customer experiences.
- Quarterly business travel within the Midwest and East Coast US is required.
- $100,000-180,000 base salary depending on experience, with performance bonuses
