Director Of Real Estate Benefits/Compensation
- Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year
- Annual bonus up to 15% of base salary and monthly profit sharing
- Comprehensive health insurance, 401K, and Paid Time Off
- Cell phone allowance and technology package
- Car allowance up to $800 per month
- Hybrid role
- Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate management, focusing on retail or restaurant site acquisition
- Experience managing real estate activities across multiple states and brands
- Excellent analytical skills for market data and financial models
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- Ability to travel frequently as needed
- Develop and execute real estate strategies for expansion
- Identify, assess, and secure prime restaurant locations
- Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site development and openings
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Build and manage relationships with real estate professionals
