Director Of Spa & Wellness Compensation
- Fantastic base salary - 90-110K, depending on experience
- Health insurance with generous company contribution, 70%
- Housing options and potential subsidization
- PTO - 4 weeks after year one
- 401K with company match
- Relocation package options may be available
- Bonus - TBD based on Experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, payroll, and cash handling
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- We have a Michelin-starred Chef running our F&B Operations! We seek someone with a similar spa background with one or more of the following recognitions attained at your Spa: Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards, World Spa Awards, Condé Nast Traveler Spa Awards, Good Spa Guide Awards, or Luxury Spa Awards.
- At least 3- 5 years of leading spa operations in a luxury hotel, resort, or luxury country club spa - or an Assistant Director from a large luxury hotel, resort, or luxury country club spa.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Knowledge of payroll processes and retail management practices
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees effectively
- Excellent sales and marketing skills to drive business growth
- Excellent technology and wellness platform(s) fluency
- Appropriate WY state health and sanitation certifications, Massage Therapist License, Esthetician license, Spa Manager Certification - ALL REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED.
- Luxury Hotel or Country Club experience would be ideal for this role.
