Director Of Talent Development Compensation And Benefits
- Annual salary between $120-$130k

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline preferred
- At least five years of experience in an HR leadership role
- Experience in a hotel group with at least 500 employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Oversee the talent development function to include robust and effective recruiting campaigns
- Assist with the development and delivery of all learning and development programs
- Coordinate and oversee the performance management process, ensuring equity across the organization
- Support all HR initiatives and maintain a positive culture
- Oversee all worker's compensation claims, following state and federal guidelines
- Handle all employee requests for leaves of absence and
- Support the payroll process across the organization
