Executive Chef Qualifications Responsibilities:

• 3–5 years of experience as part of a culinary management team in an upscale dining establishment
• Proficiency in consistently delivering high-quality culinary products, with meticulous attention to detail and daily operational focus
• Must be fairly fluent in speaking English and Spanish
• Lead the team through exemplary actions and behavior
• Relay consistent and clear communication among team
• Implement action plans to accomplish objectives
• Participate in training and nurturing the team's development
• Maintain exacting standards and meticulous attention to detail
