Executive Sous Chef Qualifications
- 3 years as an Exec Sous, CDC, Banquet Chef, or Sous Chef in an ultra luxury setting
- Experience with farm-to-fork food preparations
- Experience with purchasing, scheduling, and managing kitchen financials
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Manage the culinary team including scheduling, hiring, training, and discipline
- Purchase and provision food and culinary supplies
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and contribute to the vision for the culinary program
- Other duties as assigned
