- Lead, manage, and drive accountability
- Manage Sales Team delivering 70% closing percentage
- Deliver world-class workouts as an Exercise Physiologist
- Manage the physical plant – plumbing, equipment repair, etc.
- Start the hiring process
- Be on-boarded through Discover Strength University where you will learn to connect your exercise science background with our proven approach to delivering world-class workouts, and comprehensive leadership and management training
- Continue to master your craft with a 10-year Growth Plan
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or a related field is required
- Work 40-45 hours 5 days/week
- On your feet, training clients for 20-25 hours per week
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to live and model our Core Values
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet operational targets

- Expect to earn a minimum of $65,000 (non-exempt) in your first year (with bonus opportunities for an addition
