Requirements for F&B Manager
- Proven track record of 4-6 years in successfully managing à la carte outlets within exclusive private clubs
- Possessing strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and high service standards
- A demonstrated ability to oversee bar inventories, manage costs and increase revenue
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a passion for excellence
Responsibilities of F&B Manager
- Overseeing daily operations of dining outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, and bars
