- Lead board and HOA meetings
- Direct staff schedules and all office operations
- Review and approve employee timesheets, payroll, etc.
- Ability to monitor association budgets throughout the year
- Oversee staff, vendors and suppliers
- Community association and/or property management experience a plus
- Leadership experience
- Organizational, project & time management, and natural problem-solving skills.
- A hospitality mindset and the ability to build relationships to create an inviting space
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
