Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledgeable about the health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the local area.
• Leadership style is high-energy and hands-on.
• Having previous experience working in the back-of-house is highly advantageous.
• Experience in managing various revenue streams such as to-go orders, catering services, private events, and more.
• A positive attitude and ability to think on your feet.
• It is important to have the hospitality gene.
