Restaurant General Manager Compensation And Benefits
  • $90,000-$125,000 salary (based on experience & volume of location)

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities And Qualifications
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Maintain high quality standards and proven track record exceeding guest service expectations
  • Hire, train and develop staff
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role ($5M volume)
  • Strong communication skills and excellent financial/P&L knowledge
  • Understanding of local labor laws and health guidelines (ServSafe certification)
