Salary $90,000 to $100,000

Duties And Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in leading and managing a well-trained team of Associates in Rooms and Food & Department
Supports and implements business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with brand standards and the owners’ overall mission, vision, values, and strategies
Ensures alignment of the hotel’s operations with owner and brand-set objectives by serving as a liaison for owner relations in conjunction with corporate
Works with the Department Heads to continually improve hotel operations by evaluating guest services provided and responding to opportunities within the market
Analyzes business results on a regular basis and takes actions to improve results as appropriate
Ensures that the hotel adheres to brand standards of operations
Provides genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and works to resolve
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of Hotel F&B and Rooms experience
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
Proven track record in delivering financial results
Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
Possess excellent written and verbal communication
Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
