- Salary - $90,000 to $100,000
- Bonus based on performance

- Lead and manage a seamless Guest experience at arrival and departure
- Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship
- Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the Guest areas
- Ensuring that all Guests are provided access to all Guest experience programs
- Attract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality Guest experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Guest Service Manager
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Boutique and/or Lifestyle Hotel
- At least 8 years of Hotel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality related field preferred
- Passionate Leadership skills
- People-oriented Servant Leader
- Trainer mindset
