- Bachelors degree in HR, statistics, data science or related field
- 5 years experience with Human Resources business data is mandatory
- Proficiency using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and other analytic tools
- Excellent prior tenure is mandatory; MUST HAVE 3 YEARS AT PRIOR ROLES
- Proficiency identifying and measuring HR business data metrics including retention, turnover, diversity, etc.
- Gather and format HR data from HRIS, ATS, surveys and other sources.
- Create KPI dashboards, reporting metrics and tools to visualize data for key stakeholders.
- Requires living in close proximity to McClean, VA with no long commutes over GW
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SECURITY CLEARANCE
