IT Systems Administrator Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain remote data centers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect Protected Health Information (PHI), ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Manage, support, and implement security for Office 365 environment.
- Work closely with the QA team to provide server environments for testing.
- Maintain staging environments are reliable, scalable, and accurately replicate production settings.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide necessary server infrastructure and support.
- Optimize server environments for development and testing purposes.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of development tools and applications.
- Administer and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments.
- MUST live and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Office 365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with QA processes and supporting QA environments.
- Understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Preferably, knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- Some experience managing SQL servers.
- $80,000 - $120,000 competitive salary with annual bonuses
