- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
- Develop and write engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, eLearning modules, and other resources.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Partner with the Director of Operations to deliver pilot programs and refine materials based on feedback
- Observe employees applying learned skills in the field and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update training records and documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
