Payroll Administrator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :

• Oversee the meticulous preparation and execution of all company payroll,
• Manage employee new hire setup, salary adjustments, deductions, and garnishments.
• Identify and present opportunities for improving efficiency.
• Resolving workflow challenges.
• Remain current with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare and submit all tax filings.
• Communicate and collaborate with C-Suite level team members as well as Ownership.

Payroll Administrator Qualifications Include :

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Possess at least 3 years of substantial experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of success in a corporate environment.
• Profound understanding and application of tax laws, regulations and requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both executive leadership and field team members.
