Property Manager Compensation And Benefits
- Annual salary between $60-$70k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid sick days
- Paid Time Off (PTO) program
- 401(k)
- At least two years experience in a similar role with a property management certification preferred
- Section 8/LIHTC experience in senior housing
- Strong leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ensure the physical presence of the property are well maintained
- Process the entire tenant lifecycle from showings, to applications, to applications and move-in/move-outs
- Manage waiting lists
- Process certifications according to Section 8 regulations
- Ensure all HUD and Fair Housing guidelines are consistently being adhered to, and are audit ready
- Manage tenant relations according to guidelines and requirements
- Stay abreast of current and emerging laws and regulations
