Property Manager Compensation And Benefits
- Salary between $75-$82k annually
- Health insurance

- At least four years of experience as a Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of fair housing and landlord/tenant laws
- Leadership experience
- Experience with property management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Oversee all operations surrounding tenant-related functions from showings, to applications, lease signings, renewals, tenant relations, and move-ins/outs
- Adhere to and stay abreast of trends, regulations, and compliance concerns
- Develop and manage sales and marketing efforts to ensure lease-up and tenant retention
- Handle accounting functions such as deposits, accounts receivable, and purchasing
