Fast Casual General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Maintain high quality standards and guest service expectations
• Hire, train and develop staff
• 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fast-casual segment
• Strong communication skills and financial acumen
• Knowledgeable of local labor laws and health guidelines
• Required: NYC DOH Food Handler's Permit
