Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary Range : $62000 to $67000 Bonus Potential of $2000 monthly

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :

• Leader of People Others want to follow you and do things for you.
• Train to the company standard and hold yourself and everyone else accountable for high standards
• Build sales and deliver on company metrics

Restaurant General Manager Requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 4 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sales volumes north of $2.5 million annually
• Required food safety certifications
