Retail General Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations as a General Manager for this busy location
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager
Retail General Manager Requirements :
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years of Retail / Restaurant General Manager experience in retail or fast casual restaurants.
- Strong motivation and excellent work ethic
- Remarkable tenure - demonstrated progress at prior jobs
