Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
• Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
• A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
• ServSafe Certification required
