Restaurant Manager Qualifications :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, always on the go.
- 2 3 years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role in Full-Service Dining.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Stable work history, preferably no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years.
- Strong understanding of the business of food service, with the ability to discuss P&L clearly.
- Dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment.
