- Direct your team through all seasonal changes and new product launches; use current industry trends and technology to adapt to consumer demands; creatively address long-term future planning
- 3 years experience in Retail Multi-unit operations with a track record of success in operations
- Excellent leadership abilities and qualities, ethical business practices, deadline-driven, candid, and direct with communication, and excellent computer skills
- Alcohol knowledge and brand awareness are HIGHLY preferred but not required
- 75% travel required, the area of supervision is between 25-35 locations
