- Extensive knowledge and experience in homebuilding and marketing residential communities.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web-based applications.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Establish and implement sales strategies for new development communities.
- Develop and oversee marketing and advertising strategies to support a customer-centric culture.
- Lead, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable to achieve sales targets.
- Manage home inventory levels, including specifications, designs, and pricing.
- Formulate and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies within designated parameters.
- Identify and develop relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners to drive sales opportunities.
