Job Summary
Sales Representative
Our client, a leader in the Wholesale Building Materials industry, is looking for a Sales Representative to cultivate existing relationships as well as grow the business in the Northern California territory.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Travel to meet new and existing customers, promoting and selling our products.
- Make cold calls to potential customers and visit builders and architects to specify our products.
- Attend regional and national trade conventions to represent the company.
- Send samples, literature, testing data, and necessary documentation to customers and outside sales representatives.
- Regularly report to management on the status of assigned customers and market conditions, utilizing data compiled in the Sales Activity Report.
Sales Representative Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years experience of industry experience
- Previous success in achieving sales quotas
- Data-Driven Salesperson
