  • Relo themselves to South Georgia by October and work remotely in September.
  • Passion for service, positive energy, and self-motivation.
  • Genuine desire to foster and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Lead a small team with excellence and effective communication.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to coordinate all restaurant activities.
  • Minimum of 3 years in fine dining service and 3 years in dining room management.
  • Provide a high level of service at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff.
  • Off-season responsibilities are limited, providing flexibility for travel or other pursuits.
  • Primarily covering evenings with some morning/lunch shifts.
