- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Ability to travel for onsite work
- Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards — 80:20 Office: Onsite
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
- Uphold quality standards and compliance and foster strong relationships with project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field: Preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects
- Solid familiarity and experience with prefab steel construction: REQUIRED
- Proven experience in estimating and cost management, including proficiency with estimating software and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
