Upscale Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience in either a Full-service General Manager, AGM or Upscale Beverage Manager role in a scratch, upscale restaurant - NO JOB HOPPERS
  • Experience with volume of at least $2M annually
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
  • Strong craft beer knowledge/experience with craft cocktails
