Litigation paralegal. Assist in all aspects of litigation/arbitration including: •legal and factual research •build and maintain databases and files, extensive use of excel spreadsheets •document review and production •prepare discovery responses and other pleadings •organize and track case files •review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations •co-ordinate law office activities such as subpoena delivery and filings •assist in trial/arbitration preparation including witness lists, exhibits and trial binders •assist the lawyer in the courtroom/hearings
