Gordon Chevrolet is looking for a Clerk to join our team in the Office and billing department.
It is important to have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities

• Process CVR transfers, issue new plates and tabs
• Data entry for vehicle sales and purchases
• Prepare checks for lien payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc
• Manage and apply for titles and registrations with the applicable state
• Manage & Maintain out of state Title vendors
• Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere
• Break down deals for costing
• Fill out lost title paperwork
• File MSO’s
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable performing Data Entry and working in multiple software programs
• Well organized and capable of performing detailed follow up as necessary
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to learn, train, and adapt in a fast paced evolving environment
• The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and a high energy positive attitude
• Motivated and reliable
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Detail oriented
• Dealership experience is required
