Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM) has immediate openings for civil litigation attorneys with a minimum of at least three years’ experience practicing within the State of Nebraska and welcome all experience levels to apply! Our Nebraska practice groups have several openings for attorneys with experience handling either Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability & Insurance Defense. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Nebraska.

We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance. The yearly salary range is between $80,000–$250,000 depending on location and experience.
