The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate would also be licensed in Texas or Louisiana.
ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of commercial and infrastructure litigation practice; Drafting and opposing motions, condemnation petitions and easement agreements; Attending depositions, mediation, and court appearances, and Trial Preparation
QualificationsStrong analytical and writing skills; Law journal or post-J.D. clerkship;
Excellent academic credentials; Clear and effective communication with clients and counsel; Ability to work independently and in a collective team environment; Candidates must be highly motivated and provide superior client service.
