What The Position Focuses On
- Collaborating in the practice area that is led by 4 partners
- Work autonomously on debt recovery matters and work as part of a team on large litigation and insolvency matters
- Drafting documents such as letters of demand, subpoenas, pleadings and affidavits
- Appear at Direction Hearings.
- $140,000 to $180,000 Salary range | Can be negotiable
- Flexible working conditions
- Learning and development training, mentorship from supportive partners in the practice
- Work on a range of complex matters and progress your career
- Highly reputable disputes and insolvency practice in a national firm setting.
- Referall bonuses
- 5 years PAE in Commercial Litigation - Insolvency
- Experience in drafting bankruptcy notices, statutory demands and supporting documents
- Credit level onwards academic achievements
- Ability to work independently and in a team
