Field Marketing Manager US at Gorilla
We're on the lookout for a proactive and collaborative Marketing Manager to support our expansion into the US. This is a new position in Gorilla's global marketing team and will be a key player in activating brand awareness and demand generation in the US market.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to localize and run demand programmes, ensuring they resonate effectively with the US audience. You will own the development and execution of marketing programmes that elevate our brand, build customer relationships, and ultimately drive revenue for the business.
What you'll do at Gorilla
  • Campaign activation: Manage a portfolio of US marketing campaigns end-to-end to help boost the sales pipeline, from conception to delivery, including paid media, email, website, webinars, events, etc.
  • GTM strategy: Adapt and localize the global marketing strategy, advising on the most effective channels and tactics to drive audience engagement, including Partnerships.
  • Translation & localization: Work with the global marketing team to re-purpose and localize demand, product, and brand content and campaigns. Ensure all content is technically accurate, and meets Brand guidelines. Create scalable translation processes and tools.
  • Brand activation: Identify brand opportunities that help position Gorilla as a market leader
  • Market insights: Uncover customer insights to steer and validate the marketing roadmap. Run experiments to test your hypothesis and bring analytical rigor to help inform the strategy. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content to research and uncover key market insights and data to better segment, target, position, and reach potential customers.
  • Competitive research: Stay on top of the market and competitive landscape, and aggregate findings to ensure the rest of the business has a good understanding of our key differentiation points in the US market.
What You Need
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proven ownership of building and driving marketing programs in the US.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a must.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
  • Experience in the energy or data sector.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
