We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. As an operations leader, you'll learn how to prepare delicious food, and prep vegetables. You're in charge of making sure our food tastes amazing. You'll also handle ordering food and train others to become future leaders. The operations leader ensures the quality and safety of Bibibop's delicious and balanced food every day. They keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked, and make sure the equipment is in good shape. They also set a good example for team members, helping them learn to be future leaders. Like every position at Bibibop, it's about teamwork and giving customers great experience.
