Gosline Insurance Group is Hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager Near Augusta, ME

Gosline Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for its team in Augusta, Maine. Work together with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Commercial Lines
  • Applicant can work independently.
  • Applicant is responsible for the day-to-day account management of an assigned book of business. Which will include processing policies/endorsements, quoting, invoicing, claims reporting, and handling calls/walk-ins for clients.
  • Applicant will work to build successful relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors and carriers.
  • Assist in the renewal process for all assigned and prospective clients, handling renewal applications, renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing the renewal pricing.
  • Assist in growing the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
  • Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management system
  • Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures;
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the office.
  • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
  • Applicant must be able to complete routine tasks and have strong organizational skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Up to 15 Paid Holidays per year and Salary Pay Rate Commission

Any and all other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
