Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Site Preperation / Grading industry. The ideal candidate will provide support to our office staff and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Miscellaneous Errands: PO Box, DMV, County and City Offices.
- Communicate with subcontractors for scheduling and documentation. Input cost codes into ProContractor.
- Manages Business License applications and renewals
- Manages field receipts and credit card statements. Creates POs, request vendor COI and W9s
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- Construction/Contractor Administrative or Coordinator experience required.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Contractor/Construction software very helpful.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle data entry and order entry tasks efficiently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
