Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients in high-stress situations
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and services provided
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of mental health
- A Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
- A current and valid state license to practice clinical social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
- Normal office setting with frequent client interaction
- May be required to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
- 80k-100k/year
